Delivery & Returns

Delivery

Delivery is free to UK addresses on all physical products. Made-to-order items are usually produced within 3–7 working days (custom 3D projects: the time agreed in your quote). We then dispatch by Royal Mail or courier; delivery typically takes 1–3 working days after dispatch.

Personalised items

Personalised items are made to order and are non-returnable unless faulty or not as described. Please check your personalisation text carefully before ordering.

Cancelling non-personalised items

You may cancel within 14 days after delivery of a non-personalised item. Items must be unused and returned in original condition; return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

We refund within 14 days of receiving the item back, to your original payment method.

Faulty or damaged items

If anything arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we will repair, replace or refund it, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
