1. Who we are

2. Orders and contract

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. A contract is formed once we confirm your order by email. We may decline orders, for example if an item is unavailable or a personalisation request is inappropriate.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include free UK delivery on physical products. Payment is taken by card via Stripe at checkout. Your order is confirmed by email.

4. Personalised and made-to-order items

Personalised and made-to-order items, including custom 3D printing to your own design, are made to your specification. The 14-day cancellation right does not apply to them once production has started (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 28). Please check your text and details carefully — we produce exactly what you enter.

5. Custom 3D printing and logos

• You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, any logo, design or file you send us.
• We may refuse designs that infringe someone else's rights or that are unsafe.
• Printed parts are not certified for safety-critical, load-bearing or food-contact use unless we agree this in writing.
• Quotes are valid for 14 days.

6. Help with construction documents (NVQ, IPAF, CSCS etc.)

We provide guidance and help with applications and booking. Certificates, cards and qualifications are issued only by the relevant awarding bodies or accredited training centres. We cannot guarantee the outcome of any assessment or application. Any third-party fees are explained before you pay.

7. Website packages

Website packages may be paid in full or by a 30% deposit, with the balance due before the site goes live. Scope and timescale are agreed with you in writing. You provide the content (text, photos, logo). Hosting or domain costs, if any, are listed separately.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability is limited to the price you paid, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
