What we collect

• Delivery address
• Personalisation text
• Files, logos and designs you send us
• Contact-form messages and the topic you choose
• Technical data needed to run the website

Why we use it and our lawful basis

We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing without your consent.

• To perform your order or contract
• To reply to your enquiries (legitimate interests / steps before entering a contract)
• To meet legal and accounting obligations — we keep order records for 6 years for HMRC

Who we share it with

We use trusted processors only as needed:

• Stripe — card payments (we never see your full card details)
• Our website hosting and database provider (Lovable / Supabase)
• Our email delivery provider
• Royal Mail and couriers — for delivery

International transfers

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK, under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

• Orders: 6 years
• Enquiries: up to 2 years
• Files sent for custom printing: deleted within 12 months after the order, unless you ask us to keep them

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to or restrict its use, and to data portability. Contact us to use these rights. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO): ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113.

Cookies

We only use essential storage to remember your cart, language and cookie choice. Payment pages are run by Stripe under its own privacy policy. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will ask for your consent first.
